Eligibility Criteria:
- Trade Apprentices: ITI in the relevant trade.
- Graduate Apprentices: B.Tech/B.E in the relevant discipline.
- Technician Apprentices: Diploma in the relevant field.
- General Stream Students: B.Com, BA, BBA, B.Sc, or B.Sc (Geology).
Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on merit (marks scored in the qualifying examination).
- Priority will be given to:
- Land-affected category candidates.
- Candidates from mining areas and peripheral villages within 10 km of IREL, Chavara.
- Wards of serving employees/forum members.
- Candidates from Kollam District and Kerala State.

Important Notes:
- Candidates with higher qualifications (e.g., M.Tech, MBA, MCA, etc.) are not eligible.
- Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination and submit a Police Verification Certificate.
