1. Project Manager:

• Qualifications: BA in Engineering, 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects, extensive experience in water and wastewater works.

2. Senior Contracts Management Engineer:

• Qualifications: BA in Engineering, Minimum 15 years’ experience in contracts management, experience with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law.

3. Senior Strategic Planning Engineer:

• Qualifications: Masters degree in Engineering or Urban planning, minimum 15 years of experience, urban planning experience.

4. Senior Scheduling Control Engineer:

• Qualifications: BA in Accounting or Engineering, 15 years of experience in related international developments, extensive project scheduling control experience.

5. Department Manager, Project Controls:

• Qualifications: BA in Engineering, 20 years of experience in planning and scheduling on large-scale projects, knowledge of cost engineering and estimation.

6. Cluster Construction Manager:

• Qualifications: BA in Engineering, 20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects, experience in major government or semi-government construction sites.

7. Contracts Specialist:

• Qualifications: BA in Engineering or related field, 10 years of experience in pricing, contract law, negotiations in multi-discipline construction projects.

8. Stakeholders Interface Engineer:

• Qualifications: BA/Masters in Engineering, 10 years’ experience in strategic planning or project management, experience in major real-estate development, knowledge of water and wastewater master plans.

9. GIS Specialist:

• Qualifications: BA in Geography/Civil Engineering/Urban Planning or Urban Design, 10 years of experience in National, Regional, Sub-Regional, and City-Wide GIS Mapping.

10. Senior Budgeting Specialist:

• Qualifications: BA in Accounting or Engineering, 15 years’ experience in related fields on national/international major initiatives and developments, knowledge and experience in project budgeting.

Skills:

• Experience in multiple stakeholders’ management.
• Presentable with strong communication skills.
• Experience in similar large infrastructure projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).
