1. Assistant Manager – Rental & Operations
- Location: Gandhinagar (HO)
- CTC: ₹70,000/month (Negotiable for deserving candidates)
Key Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Automobile
- Experience: 7-8 years in construction equipment rental/OEM sales (100% relevant experience required)
Skills:
- Contract negotiation & rental operations
- PAN India equipment hiring for projects
- Vendor and client management in the construction industry
- Strong organizational & communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily rental operations, including vehicles, machinery, and plants
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and work on revenue maximization
- Ensure compliance with rental agreements and local regulations
- Maintain records, handle payments, and resolve client inquiries
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with rental vendors and construction firms
