- Qualifications: B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Certifications: PMP Preferred
- Expertise: Proven leadership in luxury residential and commercial projects
2. Project Manager
- Experience: 20–25 years
- Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Certifications: PMP Preferred
- Expertise: Residential and commercial project management
3. Senior Site Engineer
- Experience: 15–20 years
- Qualifications: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Expertise: Site execution, quality control, and team coordination
4. Finishing Engineer
- Experience: 10–15 years
- Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design
- Expertise: High-end finishing, attention to detail, quality assurance
5. MEP Engineer
- Experience: 10–15 years
- Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Engineering
- Expertise: Design, execution, and coordination of MEP services
Key Requirements for All Roles
- Experience in luxury residential and commercial projects
- Strong leadership, project coordination, and communication skills
- Experience in multi-level basement and high-rise structures
- Proficiency in Aluform shuttering system is a plus
