1. Sr. Project Manager [C&I or MEP]
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Electrical. A degree in Construction Management is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MSP Software and MS Office (Documentation).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in client, stakeholder, and vendor management.
2. Project Manager [C&I or MEP]
- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Electrical / B. Arch / NICMAR
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MSP Software and MS Office (Documentation).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in project site management.
3. Project Coordinator
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects
- Qualification: B.E. Civil / B. Arch / NICMAR
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MSP Software and MS Office (Documentation).
- Soft Skills: Strong documentation skills with good communication preferred.
4. HSE Head
- Experience: Minimum 12–15 years in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech + ADIS or PG Diploma in Industrial Safety
- Technical Skills: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of HSE laws, standards, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office (Word & PowerPoint) for documentation.
- Soft Skills: Strong documentation skills with good communication preferred.
5. QC Manager
- Experience: Minimum 12–15 years in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies. Proficiency in MS Office (Word & PowerPoint) for documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
