Job Responsibilities:
- Improve electrical equipment efficiency in cement mill and packing plant
- Reduce unscheduled downtime with balanced maintenance programs (preventive, predictive, corrective, replacement) at minimum cost
- Access real-time data on parts, tools, and procedures across devices
- Maintain inventory for critical equipment
- Supervise electrical maintenance to maximize plant availability
- Analyze stoppage reports, take corrective actions, and coordinate with other departments to improve performance
- Identify strategies to reduce power consumption
- Develop workmen skills for smooth plant operations
