Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
- Strong skills in project coordination, budgeting, and billing processes
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate overseas road projects (Guyana & KSA) from the Nashik office
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk management strategies
- Prepare budget cost plans and manage internal billing in SAP (PS/HANA)
- Oversee subcontractor and client billing
- Perform cost estimation, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation
- Certify interim and final payments to subcontractors
- Conduct material and cost reconciliations
- Submit RFI (Request for Information) and client bills
- Generate and present project progress reports
- Ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with overseas clients, vendors, and project teams
- Manage documentation and contractual correspondence
- Supervise remote teams and optimize resource utilization
- Oversee billing operations for timely invoicing
