Open Positions:
1. Project Manager – Site (Structural Steel Works, NDT & Design Review)
Location: Jamnagar / Hazira / Vadodara, Gujarat
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspection of all structural steel elements
- Identify defects such as overloading, design deficiencies, settlement, thickness loss, and corrosion
- Prepare visual inspection reports
- Create asset lists with dimensions and structural type (load-bearing, non-load-bearing, etc.)
- Coordinate with site engineers/technicians for NDT reports and derive conclusions
- Prepare sketches for layout and distress mapping drawings
- Recommend repair or strengthening methods, with detailed BOQ and specifications

2. Sr. Engineer – Structural Steel Works (NDT & Design Review)
Location: Jamnagar / Hazira / Vadodara, Gujarat
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Mandatory)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections of structural steel items
- Identify overloading, design flaws, corrosion, and deterioration
- Prepare inspection and NDT reports
- Create asset lists and layout drawings
- Support drafting team with sketches for layout and distress mapping
- Recommend suitable, cost-effective strengthening methods with BOQ and specifications
