- Qualification: DCE with 15–18 years / B.E. Civil with 10–15 years
- Experience: Building construction, independently handling sites
- Preference: Experience with Government/PWD billing
2. Senior Engineers (Projects)
- Qualification: DCE with 10–12 years / B.E. Civil with 8–10 years
- Experience: Building construction, independently managing construction sites
3. Billing Engineer (QS – Billing)
- Qualification: DCE with 10–12 years / B.E. Civil with 8–10 years
- Experience: Quantity Surveying, Government/PWD billing preferred
4. Purchase Officer
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 5–6 years in the construction industry
5. Safety Officers
- Qualification: Diploma in Safety
- Experience: 5–6 years in construction projects
6. Surveyor
- Qualification: Diploma in Surveying
- Experience: Total station operation on construction projects
7. Store Keeper
- Experience: 4–5 years in construction project stores management
8. Safety Supervisors
- Experience: 2–3 years in safety supervision on construction sites
