Open Positions – Design Professionals
1. Highway Design Engineer
- Responsible for geometric design including alignment, profiles, and cross-sections.
2. Structural Engineer
- Design of bridges, culverts, and highway-related structures.
3. Geotechnical Engineer
- Conduct soil and rock investigations to guide foundation and earthworks design.
4. Pavement Engineer
- Design pavement layers, including selection of type and thickness.
5. Drainage Engineer
- Design effective drainage systems to manage runoff and prevent erosion.
6. Traffic Engineer
- Design traffic control systems including signage, markings, and signals.
7. CAD Technicians
- Develop precise design drawings using CAD software.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or related disciplines. - Experience:
Relevant experience in highway project design is essential. - Software Proficiency:
Proficient in tools used for highway and structural design (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, Staad Pro). - Communication:
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders and clients.
