- Experience: 3-5 Years
- Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum
- Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Flow Management and Forecasting
- Receivables & Payables Management
- Budget Tracking & Financial Controls
- Cost Management and Reporting
- Collaboration and Communication
2. QA/QC Manager
- Education: Civil Engineer and above
- Experience: 5-7 Years (with 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership position)
- Salary: ₹5,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Corporate and Project QA/QC Plans
- Implementing and Monitoring QA/QC Plans
- Identifying Areas for Improvement
- Auditing and Monitoring of Processes
- Training Team Members on Quality Standards and Processes
- Maintaining QA/QC Documentation
