3. Assistant Manager / Manager – Testing & Commissioning (T&C)

SPOC with experience in testing and commissioning (Electrical/Mechanical)

4. Safety Manager

Skills in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety inspection
Experience in high-rise building construction
3 to 10 years of experience

5. Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Knowledge of project cycle, contract administration, and leadership (Civil/MEP)
12 to 20 years of experience

6. Planning Manager / Assistant Manager

Experience in scheduling, planning, coordination, and MIS reporting (Civil/MEP)
7 to 15 years of experience

7. Billing / Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Experience in bill certification, cost estimation, and budget control (Civil/MEP)
5 to 8 years of experience

8. Contracts Manager

Skills in tendering, cost planning, contract awareness, and negotiation (Civil/MEP)
5 to 8 years of experience

9. Assistant Manager / Manager – Execution

Experience in site execution (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/ELV/Testing & Commissioning)
5 to 12 years of experience
