Job Details:
- Position: Safety Manager
- Location: Mumbai
- Qualification: DCE/B.E/B.Sc (Chemistry or Physics) with ADIS
- Experience: 10-15 years (Experience in high-rise construction projects required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update site-specific safety objectives in alignment with corporate EHS policy.
- Implement safe operating procedures, permits, and checklists.
- Prepare HIRA, ERA, and legal registers with the Project In-Charge and Planning Engineer.
- Develop and monitor monthly EHS activity planners and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct emergency drills and provide training on firefighting equipment.
- Investigate incidents, submit reports, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain EHS data and ensure timely submission to HO/RO EHS department.
Required Skills & Preferred Knowledge:
- Safety audits and inspections.
- Experience with hydraulic formwork systems (Doka, Ulma, Pery).
- Strong interdepartmental coordination and training skills.
- Preferred: Lead Auditor certification, NEBOSH IGC, or Diploma.
