We Are Hiring for the Following Roles:
- Manager / Engineer – Execution
- Billing
- Planning
- EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)
- QA/QC
- Formwork Specialist
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 15 Years (Relevant experience in Buildings & Industrial Projects only)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical (Full-Time Only)
- Mandatory for EHS Roles: ADIS/PDIS certification from SBTET
Role Descriptions:
- Site Execution & Coordination: Oversee construction activities on-site and ensure coordination across departments to meet deadlines.
- Billing & Cost Management: Prepare BOQs, conduct rate analysis, and manage billing processes with clients.
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Utilize MS Project or Primavera for efficient planning and scheduling of civil works.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Implement QA/QC plans, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- EHS: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, perform risk assessments, and promote a safety-first culture.
- Formwork: Hands-on expertise in system formwork, modular and monolithic systems is required.
