- Experience: 20+ years
- Qualification: ADIS/PDIS & B.Tech/BE (Compulsory)
2. HSE Lead
- Experience: 15+ years post-ADIS/PDIS for BE/B.Tech holders, 18+ years for Diploma holders
- Qualification: ADIS/PDIS & BE/B.Tech or Diploma
3. Senior HSE Engineer
- Experience: 10+ years for BE/B.Tech, 13+ years for Diploma
- Qualification: ADIS/PDIS & BE/B.Tech or Diploma
4. HSE Engineer
- Experience: 5+ years for BE/B.Tech, 8+ years for Diploma
- Qualification: ADIS/PDIS & BE/B.Tech or Diploma
5. HSE Supervisor
- Experience: 2+ years
- Qualification: ADIS/PDIS (Compulsory)
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience Range: 8 to 25 years (Post-ADIS/PDIS)
- Qualification Required: ADIS/PDIS in Industrial Safety from State Technical Education Board / RLI / CLI (Compulsory) OR Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (Preferred)
- Industry Background: Mandatory experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Large-Scale Industrial Construction Projects
Key Responsibilities (Indicative)
- Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and statutory compliance
- Promote and foster a strong safety culture across project sites
- Conduct regular audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Lead safety trainings and incident investigation processes
- Collaborate with client and corporate HSE teams
