Position Openings: Engineer / Sr Engineers / AM (Civil, Mechanical)
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Education: B.Tech / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical)
Job Location: Tanzania (East Africa)
Roles and Responsibilities for Civil Engineer (WTP):
1. Understanding of Civil & Electromechanical Drawings:
- Ability to comprehend and interpret civil and electromechanical drawings.
2. Bar Bending Schedules and Quantity Estimation:
- Proficient in creating bar bending schedules.
- Capability to estimate quantities from civil drawings.
3. Guidance on Site Execution:
- Provide guidance to Site Engineer & Supervisor on the installation of inserts, puddles, and electromechanical items in civil structures.
- Finalize levels of all structures in the Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
4. Co-ordination and Sequencing:
- Coordinate with Site Engineer & Contractor for day-to-day works.
- Ensure effective interfacing and sequencing of civil, mechanical, and electromechanical works in WTP.
Roles and Responsibilities for Mechanical Engineer (WTP):
1. Understanding of Civil & Electromechanical Drawings:
- Ability to understand civil and electromechanical drawings.
2. Pipeline Works and Welding Procedures:
- Proficient in MS, DI & HDPE Pipeline Works.
- Knowledge of welding procedures.
- Estimate quantities from mechanical GA drawings.
3. Guidance on Site Execution:
- Provide guidance to Site Engineer & Supervisor on the installation of inserts, puddles, and electromechanical items in civil structures.
- Finalize levels of all structures in the Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
4. Co-ordination and Sequencing:
- Coordinate with Site Engineer & Contractor for day-to-day works.
- Ensure effective interfacing and sequencing of civil, mechanical, and electromechanical works in WTP.
