Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 4-15 years in Residential Real Estate Projects in Mumbai
• Skills: Good knowledge of ACAD or Cost X to calculate quantities and current market rates for costing & budgeting
