Shapoorji Pallonji Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for their EPC division in Dubai and Saudi Arabia. With a focus on EPC projects in industries such as Power, Mineral and Metals, Steel Plants, and Material Handling Plants, the company is looking for individuals with relevant experience and expertise in the Middle East market.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of the Middle East market, particularly in Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the EPC project life cycle and relevant industry standards.
KEY FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends. Provide visionary leadership to the business development team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the EPC projects space related to Power, Mineral and Matels, Steel Plants and Material Handling Plants. Analyze market dynamics, customer needs and regulatory changes to adapt and refine business development strategies.
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives and revenue targets in alignment with the company’s vision and mission. Formulate and execute effective market entry and expansion strategies in the designated sectors.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Leverage a proven track record and an existing client base to secure new projects and business for the company. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals, presentations, and tender submissions for EPC projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications. Work closely with technical teams to develop technically sound and commercially viable proposals.

Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business management, Engineering, or related field. MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 20 to 30 years of experience in EPC business development, with expertise in the Middle East market.
- Age: 45 to 55 years
- Industry/Functional Area: EPC projects
