Job Details:
- Position: Asst. General Manager (Projects) / Project Incharge
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
- Education: B.Tech / B.E (Civil)
- Experience: 20 – 25 years in execution & construction project management with reputed contracting organizations
High-Rise Residential Experience:
- 8-10 years in high-rise residential projects (minimum 30 storeys)
- BUA: ~3.50 million sq. ft
- Technology: Shear Wall
Preferred Experience:
Handling residential building construction projects involving:
- Core & Shell Construction
- MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting)
- Façade Works
- Architectural Finishes
- Interior Fit-out Works
Independently managed projects worth ₹500 Cr+
Exposure to Design-Build projects
Strong client management, execution leadership, and subcontractor coordination
Excellent soft skills and ability to manage project operations effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Operations – Ensure timely completion while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance
- Client Coordination – Manage expectations and communication
- Team Leadership – Guide execution teams and subcontractors
- Budget & Performance Management – Deliver within the approved budget and timelines
