- Qualification: B.E. Civil
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven leadership in government building projects
2. Project Manager
- Qualification: B.E. Civil
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale government construction works
3. Billing & Planning Engineer (Sr. Billing Engineer or Jr. Billing Engineer)
- Qualification: B.E. Civil
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in billing, planning, and project documentation
4. Project Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. Civil
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project coordination and site execution
5. Site Engineer (Sr. Site Engineer or Jr. Site Engineer )
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Civil
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in field-level execution and supervision
6. Civil Supervisors
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in site supervision
7. MEP Engineer
- Qualification: B.E. in Electrical
- Experience: Over 10 years in MEP execution and coordination
8. Assistant MEP Engineer
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: At least 5 years in MEP implementation and coordination
9. Electrician
- Qualification: ITI (Electrician Trade) or equivalent certification
- Experience: Skilled in site electrical works, wiring, and equipment installation
10. QA/QC Engineers
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Civil
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in QA/QC for civil projects
11. Lab Technician
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. (Science)
- Experience: Experience in construction lab testing and reporting
12. Safety Officer
- Qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent certification (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred)
- Experience: Certified safety professional with on-site safety implementation experience
13. Assistant Safety Officer
- Qualification: Certificate course in Safety Management or Diploma in Industrial Safety
- Experience: Assisting role in site safety protocols and documentation
14. Store Incharge
- Qualification: Graduate (any discipline) with MS Office and inventory software proficiency
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in store management and material handling
15. Store Assistant
- Qualification: Graduate/Diploma with basic computer knowledge
- Experience: At least 2 years in store operations at construction sites
16. Purchase Manager
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Civil or Graduate with specialization in Materials Management/Supply Chain
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction procurement and vendor coordination
